    SNPPP stands for Study Now, Pay Post-Placement. You enroll and complete the program without any upfront payment. Fees are activated only after you secure a verified full-time job with a minimum salary of ₹3 LPA. If no placement occurs, you pay nothing and still receive certificates for completed modules.

    We partner with trusted NBFCs like Bajaj Finserv or HDFC Credila. After job verification (offer letter, salary slip, and employer confirmation), the NBFC releases funds from an escrow account to Svadhyay and sets up your EMI repayment plan.

    You'll need Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details for EMI setup, job offer letter, first salary slip, and proof of address. Documents are submitted digitally and verified within 7-10 days.

    Yes, there is a refundable token fees required.

    If you do not secure a job within 6 months post-program (extensions available), you owe nothing. Any nominal processing fees (if applicable) are refunded, and certificates are issued.

    EMI durations range from 12 to 18 months depending on program fee and salary. Example: ₹1,80,000 may be repaid as ₹10,000-₹15,000/month over 12 months or lower EMIs over 18 months.

    Interest rates are typically 10-12% per annum, fixed at activation, with no hidden charges.

    Yes. You can prepay fully or partially after the first 3 months without penalties.

    Verification includes offer letter, salary slip, and employer confirmation via API or direct check. This takes 5-7 business days.
