These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Svadhyay ("Institute", "we", "us", or "our") at www.theodysvadhyay.co.in. They apply to individual student enrollments (B2C), university/institutional partnerships (B2B), and any other engagement with our Services. By accessing the website, enrolling in a Program, entering into a partnership, or using any Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.
These Terms are divided into general provisions and specific sections for B2C and B2B engagements.
1. General Provisions (Applicable to All)
Website and Services:
Svadhyay provides job-guaranteed upskilling Programs, training, placement assistance, and related services.
Compliance with Indian Law:
Svadhyay fully complies with all applicable laws of India. We do not charge any money for placement services. Placement assistance is provided free of charge as part of our value-added training ecosystem.
Amendments:
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on the website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
Governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Varanasi.
Intellectual Property:
All curriculum, LMS, materials, trademarks, and IP are owned by Svadhyay.
2. B2C Terms – Individual Students / Enrollees
2.1 Enrollment & Eligibility
- Must meet program criteria (e.g., relevant degree, minimum marks, pass aptitude test/interview).
2.3 & SNPPP Model
- Study Now, Pay Post-Placement (SNPPP): Zero upfront fees. Fees are payable only after securing a verified full-time job ≥₹3 LPA.
3. B2B Terms – Universities / Colleges / Institutions
3.1 Partnership Agreement
Formalized via separate MoU/contract specifying cohorts, domains, timelines, and SLAs.
